Data we collect
Contact details, passenger and travel document information required for carriage, booking history and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
Why we process it
To operate your flight, meet aviation and border-control obligations, provide customer service and — where you consent — send occasional route announcements.
Sharing
Passenger manifests are shared with the operating carrier, ground handlers and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Booking records are retained for ten years to meet accounting and aviation record-keeping requirements; marketing consents are kept until withdrawn.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@flysemiprivate.de.
Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Bern, or with your local EU/EEA supervisory authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to staff who require it to operate your flight.
