Terms of carriage

1. Role of Travelcoup

Travelcoup is operated by BoMaine AG, 6055 Alpnach, Switzerland, and acts as an intermediary between guests and EASA-certified aircraft operators. The operating carrier holds the Air Operator Certificate and exercises operational control of every flight.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is authorised and a reference is issued. Prices are per seat and include aircraft, crew, handling, landing fees and applicable taxes.

3. Changes and cancellations

Passenger names may be amended up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure receive a full refund less processing costs; later cancellations are refundable as credit.

4. Schedule changes

Departure times may shift for operational, technical or weather reasons. Where a flight is cancelled by the operator, guests are offered the next available departure or a full refund.

5. Baggage

One checked item up to 20 kg and one cabin bag per guest unless otherwise agreed. Oversized items must be declared at booking and are subject to aircraft limits.

6. Conduct and safety

Crew instructions must be followed at all times. Carriage may be refused where safety, security or applicable law requires it.

7. Liability

Carriage is subject to the Montreal Convention and the operator's conditions of carriage. Travelcoup's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the booking.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with the ordinary courts at the registered seat of BoMaine AG in Alpnach, Obwalden, having exclusive jurisdiction.
